The breakfast was dissapointing. The eggs were good. But sausage didn't look cooked all the way and the bacon was overcooked. To have to pay almost $20 a person and be asked to tip felt wrong. No one really helped us with anything and we thought breakfast was included since the initial Google search said "includes breakfast". It's not until you get to check in they say "for members only". The next issue was check in... the staff was complaining to each other about work issues to reach other as we walked in from a long delayed flight. No greeting for welcome. Only asked "last name?" while they were still gossiping. I could barely hear the host since the other host was talking to her while she was giving me my room information. We walked all the way to our far room only for our keys to not work. We called up front and they said "well come down and get new ones". We went down and they switched our room. The room was very clean, nice looking room. I was happy for that. Unfortunately the air conditioner was so loud and didnt ever go off an on the way an automatic setting would. It only would blow cold air, then a couple minutes of warmer air. The shower water was scorching hot! My son and I tried every setting to get it to cold & would only get hotter. It wasn't until we turned it completely off and waited a little bit then we got cold water to come out. We were too nervous to try a warmer setting since it would go to scolding hot again. The pool was also very dirty, full of bugs.

This place was worse than a Holiday Inn—or even some motels. The AC was so loud nobody could sleep, and to make matters worse, there were ants crawling on the bed and walls.

Property was nice, I enjoyed my stay. However was a little disappointed by the smell of the room and the shower valve was definitely broken as my shower had one setting and that was scolding hot. My AC only had a fan setting so even when I put it at the lowest temp it was still kind of warm. Other than that the place is fine. Beds were comfortable, gym was clean and well kept, nice bar and seating areas to work. Would maybe stay there again if I needed to be close by airport.

Had an annoying squeaky noise from our vent for 2 of the 5 days we weee there. I had to shove a napkin in part of the vent to stop the noise. Staff was great. Dinning area staff was nice, but felt the restaurant was limited and sometimes very slow. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way and it fussed water to leak onto the floor that I had to make sure to mop up every time we took a shower so it wouldn’t cause water damage.

It was very convenient to walk to convention center but I wouldn’t stay there for other reasons. Restaurant in hotel way overpriced, coffee shop only opened to 10 am and third party takes over and horrible coffee. Receptionist charged my card 852 after I was told she was only taking out the deposit, then when I told them- she acted like it was normal. No apology nothing, I had to wait a week to get my money back.
