It was just ok. Staff was helpful, though the property is under A LOT of construction. There were tons of stains on the carpet and the room wasn't the cleanest. Hallways are still being worked on and some electrical things didn't work right. It was a great deal though, fair price for the location and condition. You get what you pay for I guess.
Is under construction 🏗 is so dirty n the morning I wan to y Used the restroom to take a shower n there’s not water so I call the lobby n after 15 minutes call me back to me room from the lobby to tell me the cut the water cuz the guys are working n the construction well is not me business but I tell guy I wan the water now horrible service don’t go there

First room had no running water. 2nd room cable to the tv was cut. Outside was filthy with trash. Hotel is very ran down inside and out.
I normally don’t post negative reviews, but this needed to be said. I took the CA Bar exam earlier this week at the Ontario Convention Center and stayed at this hotel because it was the closest stay. This place was undergoing extreme renovations that were not disclosed prior to our stay. There was dust and trash everywhere. The carpets were torn up in some hallways and there was extreme wear and tear in the rooms. They turned the water and air conditioning off at times during the stay. We literally were unable to use the bathroom! This whole stay added to the stress of the ordeal. The only saving grace for them was their excellent customer service. I genuinely feel terrible for the kind people who have to work in the conditions.

I liked the close accommodation to the convention center. I was attending the Road to California Quilt Show for 3 days and 2 nights. My one concern was that there were no USB ports in my hotel electrical outlet and I forgot to bring my AC charger. Thank goodness I had one of those portal battery charger on hand to charge my iPad and phone. Everything else that truly mattered was there. I sleep well and the breakfasts were very good. I felt spoiled and I had a great time.
how quick and easy it was to check in. No crazy hidden fees or crazy extra fees

Under construction, carpet is old. No microwave. Asked for a trundle bed and was told no. Sports bar was supposed to open at 3pm and as of 3:30, when we left to find a restaurant, it had yet to open. Cheapest we could could find with a bar, should have just went to a cheaper place, would have been cleaner. Oh, and there was a blood stain on my comforter. My hotel key was deactivated by the magnet in my wallet, front desk clerk seemed irritated shebhad to reprogram the key. House keeping staff was friendly. Asked for an extra towel as well, was told no, we would have to wait until house keeping made their rounds.

There was really nothing to like in this place. The place was under construction and for customers to just find their room they had walk around the hall way at least two to three times.
I like the location. And the price Definitely all used this place again
