needs updating in the rooms..the rest of the hotel was nice

After seeing some negative reviews, I became a little skeptical, but at check-in, I knew people were just being over-dramatic. Sure, the hotel is a little dated, but it has some great amenities! I see that it definitely could use some improvements, but hey, it costs a lot of money to renovate a hotel! The bed was comfortable and I loved the quality of the pillows and sheets. The hotel does come with a nice athletic area (I didn't use it, but I had to walk in and get pool towels) and the pool is a great size. My boyfriend and I were a little disappointed that the hot tub was covered, but the pool was nice. Some people have posted reviews about seeing algae at the bottom of the pool: that's not algae, y'all, that's a well-used surface that could use a coat of paint! So, if you consider yourself a low-maintenance person like myself, come visit this great hotel! All I really needed was a place to sleep. What I got was a fun pool swim and a comfortable bed.

It would of been great but the tv wasn't working and even though I called front desk to report and said he would rry to send a tech guy or call me that never happened, also only 1 elevator was working and took kind a long to get to my room.

The hotel was nice I stayed at a room close to the entrance. The fitness facility was great. The employees were helpful. One of the restaurants was closed for a private event. Overall good experience and would recommend

On their busiest day of their year (Cal Bar Exam guests) the hotel only had 3 people working the front desk. I stood in line (with a reservation) for almost TWO HOURS just to check in, while those three took breaks and answered calls from guests in their rooms who needs towels, etc. I got a 3rd floor room, but the only elevator was far away in the lobby. My card would not open the door from the outside near my room, the desk chair hopelessly flopped back like a comedy routine, and the digital clock was way off and almost couldn't be reset. The positives (which do not offset these negatives) were that the bed was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was perhaps the best of any hotel I've been to, and my room did have a mini-frig even though the guy at the front desk said it did not.

Nice location and accessibility, but the rooms are dated. Could use a renovation, but I could stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while in Ontario, CA. The people were nice enough but the room had a musty odor to it. I imagine it came from what looked like the original carpeting. With a little updating it could be a nice hotel.

Ok... Great front desk. Desperate for update, mangy.

This property obviously has been around awhile and is showing its age. It is not well sound proofed between room thus conversations and TV could be heard. Maid service was less than desirable and they failed to provide replacement hand towels for those they removed from the room. The gym had several weight work positions and cardio machines. The gym was not well maintained in that there was broken equipment, no towels and broken clock. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room met my requirements for a place to sleep while keeping busy outside the hotel property most of the weekend stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs an economical, convenient hotel near the airport.

The room was large and comfortable enough for my one night stay. There were some issues with the sink drain being not connected to the operating lever, which I fixed, and the bathroom door moulding didn't cover a gap between the door and the sheet rock which I thought was odd. Otherwise it was sufficient for my needs.

I had difficulty sleeping due to young children running down the hallway several different times early in the morning.

This is the worst hotel ever, The elevators were broken and not working, The toilet did not flush properly, I have stayed at this hotel before and it's the same problem every time.

Booked this room for an interview at a school nearby and needed a place to get some good sleep. This hotel is by train tracks but that did not bother me much. But the walls were paper thin and I could constantly hear people knocking on doors and talking really early in the morning around 5 am. Then I heard the person in the hotel room above me walking around the room. When I went inside, the carpet was CLEARLY not cleaned. I found a needle on the floor so good thing I did not take off my shoes. This place was terrible and I would not stay here again. If you have an interview and need some good rest through the night, do not bother staying here.

Horrible. Bugs in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Ink on the bed, and TV did not work. I asked to change the sheets but they did not. I asked for a refund, they said they processed it but I'm still waiting to see it in my bank. Very upset with my stay, didn't expect this from a new renovated hotel.

Very close to the airport. Some renovation was in progress when we were there but it wasn't a bother. Staff were nice. Over all accomodation was fine.

It was good except the room had bad smell. Hotel staff tried to spray some deodorizer.

I like this hotel. The rooms have been renovated and the staff is very helpful. can't beat it for the money.

had a great experience with hotel. Nice stuff, clean rooms, great food!

The stuff was nice but the room was not clean and stinky

Surprised in this hotel. Typically Radisson's are more luxurious.
