The entire apartment was dirty! Upon arrival we found wet towels in the washer, hair in all the beds, broken toilet seat, mold in the shower, the shower did not drain properly so it left standing water, bathroom ceiling with previous leak damage and a hole in the ceiling light, condom left in plain sight in the second bedroom, dust on all surfaces, the drying function on the washer/dryer didn't work as it would error out and all light begin the blink. What made it even worse is we reached out to the host via email, chat, left a voicemail via phone and messaged via whatsapp upon checking in and recieved no response at all to fix any of the issues! We reached out again the next day and still got no response, even now, no response! We ended up buying cleaning products to clean the apartment. The pictures provided were not what our apartment looked like at all, which we stayed in apartment 'A.' This host should be removed from the platform as they can't seem to provide a clean accommodation nor communicate with guests to rectify the situation.
