I stayed 5 days in the apartment.
1) I did not realize that it was a cellar department
2) The apartment was very wet - why I have been sick the last 3-4 days and in bed.
3) The heating did not work in the apartment anywhere, why it was cold and the moisture could not be forced out
4) There were 3party showings done during my stay, which I was not aware of, and which led to theft. I might well have overlooked this in the small prints, but I would say that:
a) A cellar apartments description should mention that fact explicitly in the early parts of its description, and it should be shown clearly in the pictures on your site.
b) Showings to and intrusions by 3rd. parties should also be mentioned explicitly and early in a description, since it represents an intrusion and risks.
5) The showings disrupted my stay multiple times
and
6) The last intrusion/ showing, on the Friday resulted in my umbrella being stolen!!!!
This is not acceptable, and I request a full refund for this treatment and my stay.
You must immediately present the apartment to others in the right way, not giving people surprises that are unacceptable, and ruing peoples stay and your own reputation.
