We stayed here for our last night before returing to Australia and after our first few nights in the capitol was hesitient about this accomidation has it looked similar however was pleassently surprsissed whilst the building is dated and a pain to get bags up the stairs the rooms were clean and tidy with work ongoing to improve the building. Excellent location and the staff were amazing so helpfull throughout our stay.

Room in basement so not very attractive with shabby and tired room furnishings in need of some TLC! Bathroom poky - there was a dangerous step down from the shower and the bathroom was very cramped. However the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower warm if functional and the staff quite friendly, though I was surprised to be told on checking in that they didn't serve breakfast! Is this normal for London hotels now outside of the big chains? Would not stay here again though it was adequate for one night when I had to book something at the last minute because of the Tube strikes and otherwise not being able to get home from a Proms concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

My weekend stay at lankaster court.

5 floors up and no elevator No internet on the 5th floor,, had to go down to the reception every time. Morning breakfast would have been nice. Comfortable bed even if the TV didn’t work well.

Bonne localisation à proximité de deux métros, bon accueil, informations sur les possibilités de restauration, les valises avaient pu être laissées gratuitement dès le matin ( j’avais envoyé un mail au préalable), surprise tout de même que toutes les valises soient laissées dans le hall et non dans une pièce fermée , n’importe quel client peut en emmener une autre que la sienne… pas d’ascenseur, à savoir avant, la salle de douche propre mais il ne faut pas être en surpoids pour passer entre le lavabo et la douche, c’est minuscule. Le matelas mériterait d’être changé, c’était une cuvette ! La chambre était petite mais suffisante. Par contre, grande déception au départ lorsque je demande pour laisser les valises rh passer les chercher à 17h avant de reprendre le train. On m’annonce que ce sera payant entre 13 et 17h, il a fallu aller les rechercher ( elles étaient dans le hall avec toutes les autres sans que cela ne semble gêner ) et les trimballer tout l’après midi. Je ne comprends pas ces frais alors qu’il n’y a pas de surveillance particulière ni de prise en charge spécifique.
