Beautiful space. It was old but not outdated and felt like there was a ton of history. Great location—very close to Victoria station and easy to get around. Also walking distance of some great sights—Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Churchill Museum, etc. staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. The room was too small for 2 people

They were wonderful! I got really sick and they did everything to accommodate us! The hotel is very conveniently located to get around busses and the tube. There is a mini mall attached for food, pharmacy, and retail. Lobby is lovely. So convertí get to all the sights!

Location excellent. Old hotel with terrible tv service. Great staff.

The hotel location was perfect, i accidentally dropped my passport in the lobby of the hotel. After a day running around London I returned to the room and found a envelope with my passport inside sitting on a desk in the room.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the underground and buckingham's palace

This is a beautiful property with lovely rooms and very comfy beds. The staff was top notch. They helped my friend and I with all of our sightseeing details. Being attached to Victoria Station, made our travels around the city easy.

Everything from the very informative desk person I talked to before making my reservation through Orbitz to the over the top helpful concierge as we left in the dark rainy early evening was wonderful! We only stayed one night but they upgraded my room and put my other friends right next door! We checked our bags after checking out of our room and were off to see as much as we could in one morning/afternoon. We got back much later than we anticipated but this concierge went far beyond what we expected! She advised us on the best transportation to our airport hotel for an early takeoff and then got us a cab...she helped us (me, and my 2 adult daughters ) and my HEAVY bag into the cab in a sudden downpour of HAIL!!! The property is beautiful, the location is wonderful with shopping and restaurants all around us. Having the Victoria Station made our transportation from visiting friends in Harrogate details all work great!

The photos are very deceiving as rooms are extremely tiny. The carpet smells of mold and staff is not friendly. I needed an iphone charger to finalize presentation in the business center. Concierge refused to provide one but offered to charge my phone. I explained I needed my phone as my file was on it and will return the charger within 20 minutes but they refused. I ended going to a local internet café. Manager was apologetic and sent a tiny box of candies to rectify the situation after I completed a half way survey. I left a pair of clothing behind and upon contacting the manager who gave me her email, she didn’t bother to respond. A general email from concierge desk was sent stating they did not find my item. Very disappointed and will not stay at the hotel again.

It was all about location. Comfortable. Nice lounge.

Loved being close to Victoria Station but our room in the wing was such a walk it really didn't matter. Room was very small (640) but adequate for our needs. Will definitely stay again if the price is right. Maybe next time I can get a closer room! :)

My first stay in England. The location of the hotel was the perfect spot to access all the activities I had planned to do - Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The comfort and overall experience with the hotel and staff was excellent. The only downside - they were converting their TVs and media from analog to digital which made accessing NYE fireworks and NYE day parade impossible by television. Sometimes the telephone was not working properly. I was told this should be completed in all rooms by February.

Easy location for trains, underground, and food. Loud since it is above the train station and you will hear annoucements every few minutes. Horrible beds! Large dips on each side of the bed, can feel and hear the metal springs, very uncomfortable, and need replacement!!!! The rooms are very small. The hotel itself is very beautiful though.

Breakfast was not included in my rate, and I was told it would cost 14.50 Pounds if I registered in advance at the reception, but 20 Pounds if I simply went to the restaurant in the morning. I registered at the reception, but when I went to pay for breakfast I was charged 20 Pounds in the restaurant and the hostess was not accommodating. This was following what I could only call a mediocre breakfast. Fortunately, the reception resolved the issue in my favour.
