Welcome to my lovely penthouse canalside one bedroom flat in Hoxton/Haggerston part of the De Beauvoir Conservation area - above the cool Towpath Cafe on Regent's Canal where Olivia Rodrigo recently came to drink coffee.

This property is perfectly located 5 minutes from Haggerston Overground and would suit either a single or professional couple interested in exploring the cool East London area. 



The flat is south facing and is stunningly bright with incredible views of the city. Situated on Regents Canal you would hardly believe you're in London until you look up at the skyline! 



This area boasts amazing pubs, bars and restaurants and is a stones throw away from Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Colombia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market and trendy Dalston - all a short walk on the canal towpath. 



An amazing new pub, "The Duke of York" has just recently been opened on the corner of the road and Santander Hire Bikes are located directly outside the building.

A recently added graffiti wall has been completed and the flat boasts graffiti art by "Cassette Lord" and "Faizal Lulat". This flat is edgy and cool and would definitely suit those who enjoy modern living and great nightlife.
