Super convenient, close to the Underground, street parking was okay for space, walking distance to Tower Bridge was very good, all you need essential shops and good choice of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Clean tidy apartment. Staff communication was good. There is a BIG downside - lack of hot water for 3 of us to shower one after the other. There was a note about this, so had to plan showering in turn which is not what you want to happen on holiday stays. One shower only lasts 10mins before it all goes cold. Then the next person needs to wait at least an hour, before it being WARM only. Can you imagine this on Christmas weekend! And the aparment was supposed to accommodate 4 ppl!! I suggest the apartment to change to electric shower system rather than running on hot water boiler.

L'appartement est très agréable, propre, suffisamment équipé pour quelques jours en famille. Très calme, les chambres donnent sur la cour intérieure et le salon sur la ruelle piétonne qui passe devant. Attention : 2 lits doubles Tower Bridge accessible à pieds. Sinon Bus 15 toutes les 10 mn jusqu'à Trafalgar Square
