One lift broken, no access to stairs and very slow. Shower was lukewarm at best. Even the lovely room was very tight. My wife hurt her legs getting around the bed. Not keen on the glass/open shower toilet combo.

Ruby Stella is a hidden gem! Within walking distance to Covent garden, oxford street and lots of shopping. Everything about our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing breakfast, and late night food offerings. My boyfriend and I loved everything about it.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is off the in a little alley but did not feel unsafe at night and was very quiet. It was close to train station. There was no fridge nor microwave and tea/coffee were shared in a common area. I appreciated the drink voucher in exchange of frequent room service and the bar was great!

Lovely staff, quiet location. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. 2 very small niggles, the pillows are really poor. Overstuffed and terrible to sleep on. The space to walk around the bed is extremely narrow and you need to shuffle sideways to get past it.
