Family of 5 - great place!
My wife and I stayed here with our three daughters in the summer of 2019, and it was great. The location is terrific. 1 minute walk to a bus stop, 10 minute walk to the Underground. It is right in the middle of London, so you will hear activity throughout the night. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby as well as small grocery stores.
The place was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Perfectly sized and efficiently laid out - Two and a half baths, dish washer, washer/dryer combo unit, stove top, oven, fridge and freezer (enough of a freezer to put in a couple of ice trays), TV, and good WIFI. Very nice people running the place. They were in touch prior to check-in to ask about our travel arrangements, and someone met us at the door to give us a tour of the unit. Terrific value.
We were there for one of the hottest few days on record in London, so air conditioning would have been nice... but I'm also a spoiled American. :)
