6/10 Okay

Unique about this property is the lack of telephone service. There are no phones in the rooms, so no calling the front desk for any issues with the room or requesting a wake up call, etc. And do not try calling them as no body ever answered the call, if you can get one to “go through”. The food is average when compared with several others we stayed at on a recent 2 month trip. The location is very central to major sites in the city and the Waterloo station.
