Colchones malísimos, baño compartido y pésimo, mucho ruido, muebles viejos, sin televisión. Tuvimos que estar casi un día entero andando a todas partes porque no nos las quisieron guardar (pagando si). Yo no vuelvo.

En primer lugar, en la app, ponía con desayuno, mentira, en segundo lugar, nada que ver con las fotografías. Nos llevaron a un sótano lleno de humedades y muy sucio todo. Parecía un zulo, ni wifi, el baño muy lejos en otra estancia, todo el hotel con moqueta llenisima de pelos de animal y muy sucia. Soy española y al decirle al chico que no me aclaraba bien con el ingles como que se burlo un poco diciendo…Spanish….Le dije que ni queria dormir ahí ni podía porque era asmatica. Nos cambió de habitación arriba, no era un encanto de habitación pero bueno, bastante mejor, una almohada de 50cm para dormir muy dura y el colchon fatal. Muchisimos ruidos de escalera y tuberias. Lo único bueno es que muy cerquita se encontraba el museo británico. Tenía cogido esto que lo llaman “ hotel”, y un Airbnb, que creía que el “hotel”era mejor 👎. Muchisimo mejor el Airbnb

Don’t … just don’t Simply put: it’s an unclean place (to put it politely) the type you of bathrooms you don’t even want to touch with a stick Staff is very kind and the location is great, steps away from the British Museum But not worth the hygienic conditions of the place

The perfect place for the traveler who wants NO amenities, hot water or soap. If you are looking for a cheerless, dingy and stained room without any redeeming qualities, this is your place! Uncomfortable beds, stuffy and plently of street noise rounds out your experience at the Gresham Hotel!

I’d stayed in this hotel before & found it ol, hence why I booked again. I’m not sure if management had changed or what but this time was very different. Firstly there was a note on the door to call which needed up being the wrong number. I then had to pay to store my luggage which wasn’t mentioned when booking & wasn’t something I had to do last time. Then my room had a huge crack in the window & the carpet had quite a few stains. I was able to move rooms to the top floor which was ok. Still lots of marks on the walls & the windows are very thin causing a lot of street noise to come through. Also, a group came running up the stairs waking me up at 1am & then continued for a while to run & bang in each others doors. They then were very loud when leaving again at 5am. I know this isn’t the staffs fault but you’d think people might be more respectful during late hours of then night when coming & going. The location is very good though & that was the main reason from my stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but hotel is dirty , toilets were not flushing, light switch was missing....I know its a cheap hotel and I didn't expect any miracles but I expected atleast a clean room.

Arrived at hotel to find it shut with a repossesion notice on the door. Phoned mobile number on the door to be redirected to another hotel. Staff were lovely but clearly struggling with it all. Standard of room was average and shower was so small i couldnt turn round in it. Only saving factor was a very reasonable price for a Lindon hotel.

First the hotel was closed. When they finally answered one of the phone calls (forcing me to spend for roaming charges because US phone companies nickel and dime you) they said they moved me to another hotel [so this is a review of THANET HOTEL but I assume it's much the same]. At first he couldn't even tell me the address ('Just put it in google maps') but finally I guess he looked it up and it was a few streets away. When I pay for a central London hotel, I am paying for location. I expect a spartan experience in my price bracket but CLEAN is non-negotiable and this was not clean. Seedy edging onto disrepair -- holes in the tile floors (tile floors! thank goodness it was mostly deserted because every sound reverberated; on my last night it sounded like Godzilla had the room above me). The WiFi -- another essential at this point -- went out and was not restored by the time I left. The staff seemed confused and completely new to the hotel business. Do not recommend.

The building is unarguably tired and has fallen into a state of disrepair. We stayed in a basement room. The room was dirty and largely damaged. Holes in the wall, a dented radiator that didn’t heat the room at all, a wardrobe door that was broken in multiple places and had lost the ability to slide close, ceiling panels broken and lifted, and a bathroom with no heating, no hot water and minimal water pressure. I don’t usually mind staying in budget rooms where facilities are lacking but this was an unbearable stay, thankfully for just one night. The lack of a kettle and fridge was subideal. We were provided with a television, but being in a basement room meant that it wasn’t able to pick up any channels, rendering it futile. I would absolutely avoid staying here at all costs.
The wiring in the room was questionable at best and the sockets available were nowhere near the bed. You get to choose whether to charge your phone and risk freezing to death without the use of the radiator.
Hole in the wall. Loved the attempted repair with what appeared to be paper and nails?
Cracks in the wall next to the only mirror provided. Awful trying to get ready in here for an event the same evening.

L’accueil était très bien et le personnel agréable, mais malheureusement la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux attentes. La chambre était sale, avec des murs moisis, une salle de bain en très mauvais état, pas d’eau chaude et un rideau cassé. L’état général de la chambre était dégradé et mal entretenu. Je suis très déçu de cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas.

Schrecklich- alt und kaputter Kasten/ Möbel - Bett mehr als abgenutzt. Teppich läuft praktisch davon- steht vor Dreck- Fenster wie wenn es keine hätte- war extrem laut. Im Bad alles alt und mini- Achtung etwas fülligere Personen könnten sich nicht duschen und drehen ! Das einige was lief war die Heizung- Welan nur beim Empfang!

立地の良さに全振りしたホテル 大英博物館の隣にありバスも地下鉄駅も近くて移動が便利だった 内装はかなり古めでホテルらしさよりも学生寮やホームステイをしている気持ちになった 他のレビューに書いているほど滞在は悪くなかった 理念やタオルは清潔だったし Wi-Fiは比較的安定していたし 部屋も暖房機能や電源などホテルとして滞在する最低限のものはある 気をつけないといけないのはチェックインとアウト前後の荷物預かりが有料であること トイレバスは男女問わずシェアなのでそこに抵抗なければ大丈夫 壁が薄めなのでドライヤーする時ちょっと気を遣った 階段の隣の部屋だと足音が結構聞こえるので気になる人は対策した方がいい
