Reception was unfriendly and not helpful. The room stunk of cigarettes. The shower had no pressure. Would not recommend this place unless you have not other option.

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable

Don’t waste your money….too many better options. Stayed for 2 nights…. The front desk staff was not friendly but Alexandra was especially unpleasant. We were supposed to get two bottles of water in the room and didn’t. When we asked about it….Alexandra was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. TV didn’t work and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Rooms were very small. On the positive side, the hotel was cheap, located a block away from Earls court tube stop, and room was clean. I guess you get what you pay for….if you like rude front desk staff then this is the place for you!

I paid for superior room and got standard :(((

The hotel was clean and the location was very good, close to underground, shops and restorants. I am not happy of the room we got as I have paid for Double superior room and the person form the hotel gave me a standard double. The excuse was that there isn't another bigger room, as other people did the check in earlier. The check in was starting from 2pm and we did the check in at 2ish pm. Basically they gave our room to someone else and then we ended in a standard room. The person didn't really care about the situation. I wasn't happy of this service. But the hotel is good and it is great value for the money.

Great !

Clean hotel with easy access to the tube and everything around London had a lovely stay. Only down side was the breakfast and the fact the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Also decor abit dated.
