The staff is lovely, but the hotel is only for budget travelers who are willing to make sacrifices. It was not clean, no air conditioning, no little ammenities. There was a constant sound of running water over my head, and when people flushed I could hear it and smell it.

I arrived later in the evening. I was greatly very friendly by the evening reception. It was a speedy check in, I was given a better room on the 4th floor which can be daunting because no elevator so don't have extremely large cases if you stay here. But the rooms were clean, the bathroom was a good size and modern. Amenities in the room, nothing fancy but serves it's purpose. Breakfast downstairs is simple continental with meats cheese, and cereal and juices. They have a machine that makes any coffee or hot chocolate variety you like. And you also have options for English breakfast at an additional cost.

I loved staying here. I loved the location too. While I didn't do anything in the area, I loved going to sightsee and then coming back to this area at the end of the day. The room was a bit small, but I really didn't mind it at all. The staff was super! When I arrived, my reservation had not gone through apparently. I was afraid I wasn't going to have a place to stay, but the front staff handled it efficiently and gracefully. I also don't think it was their fault, but a problem with Orbitz instead. The only problem with this hotel was that there weren't any elevators. So if you have packed light, this is a great hotel for you! I had just come from a 3 week stay from Florida to France to London, so dragging a suitcase and a heavy backpack up 3 flights of stairs warranted a shower shortly after. There's also plenty of Pokemon to catch around the area and Poke Stops!
