Photo misleading
We literally waited over two hours to get in. Most of the time nobody answers the supposed 24 hour phone line. 1 leaves messages over and over. The photo of the canal suggests the apartment is on the canal and it’s definitely not.

Gainsborough flat
The flat was extremely clean and very up to date. We had some issues with the heat but the management was very helpful. We didn’t know about the extra charge for late check in but that was my fault for not reading all the instructions. Overall a fantastic experience!
