Too many stairs and bad stairs into room, shower curtain sticks to body, bed uncomfortable and was not king size as advertised, only one blanket given but asked for another, only one tp roll but asked for more, heat in br didn't work, bathroom was cold all the time, next time will book closer to tube station

The property is close to a grocery store and fairly close to two tube stations. (about 12-15 minute walk). Reception employees were friendly and helpful. I upgraded to a three bedroom to have a bigger balcony, Sadly it was too cold to enjoy the outdoors.

Clean and Convenient - will visit again!

The apartment building was easy to find and not far from either Knighsbridge or Sloane Square underground stations. Was a nice clean and safe feeling area and convenient for shopping or sightseeing via tube. We had no3 apt for 5 nights on the ground floor. The 24 hr manned reception was excellent and staff were very courteous and helpful. The apt itself was very roomy, high ceilings and very clean. (Just don't look to closely at the chandelier in the bedroom). The kitchen had all full size applicances and large fridge/freezer. There was only 3 of each cutlery and crockery. Could have used more when cooking. Also the provision of oven gloves would be advisable because when I used the dish towel it melted onto the oven dish! A few more cooking pots / dishes / bowls would have helped me too. Overall I will definitley book again the next time I'm in the area.

I generally likes this property. It was big and well kept. I deducted one star because there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived and even after the apparement was cleaned during our stay, and while it is a very wealthy and safe neighborhood, itherrs not much around.

( ) A really great location. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception. Flat had a nice layout. (-) Walls were marked in numerous places. Clearly had not been cleaned for a while. We can debate what the apartment should have. On arrival I spotted there was no soap or kitchen towel - the guy on reception kindly got these for me. Later I spotted other things that were missing - toilet brush/cleaner (how to clean toilet after use?), bread board (I used a plate to cut my bread), coasters, etc. Personally I think it's also reasonable to provide salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc. I stayed in a Sonder that provided all of these - you can get small packets of all of these. Other drawbacks - flat was hot - it had air conditioning but this was pre-programmed to go off after circa 2 hours - pretty annoying at night. You can open a window but the traffic is noisy. Bed was also massively uncomfortable - very hard - and pillows were those cheap spongy ones. They just need to spent a little money on these things.
