The duplex apartment is on the raised ground floor & features an open-plan living space that makes the most of its waterside location. Large patio doors fill the room with natural light and lead directly to a private terrace with elevated views of the canal – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Inside, the living area includes two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table that seats four.
