Our biggest complaint was lack of communication that the elevator was broken at least a week in advance of our 5 day stay and no one notified us. Having to walk to our penthouse room was quite exhausting and greatly impacted our stay and enjoyment of the room. Being seniors it challenged our joints and cardio health. We would leave in the morning and return once in evening, too challenging otherwise. Other than that the stay would have been quite nice.

We stayed with a group of 13 (in 4 units). The stay was almost perfect. The units were nice, kitchens were well equipt, beds were soft and comfortable, and furnished nicely. The front desk clerks were friendly. There is a Tesco a few doors down which was convenient. The Liverpool St station is across the street. There is a nice night life all around and the Spitafield Markets are around the corner offeringseveral amazing restaurantsand shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was the lift was out of order and we were on the 5th floor! They didn’t offer to take our bags up, and having just come in from Southampton on a cruise....we had many! We managed our bags. I don't think they had a gym, but who needs one after climbing up and down 6 flights of stairs several times a day! I hope they got the lift fixed. We didn’t see mich work being done during our 4 day stay. We would stay again, but maybe not in the penthouse if the lift is down.

It was okay Can tell it has New management since last visited and property need an update Elevator was out for 5 days maybe longer Hard to believe that it could t be fixed sooner. Some of the staff were great for sure. Furniture was broken, no frying pan freezer door didn’t work and some of the cupboards fell off without touching them. Close to everything but for price was overly impressed. Washer /dryer not user friendly nor have enough space to wash more than three things at a time Can’t say I would return again

No lift working.

For the entire stay the elevator (lift) was not working. Our room on the 4th floor was 85 steps up from the lobby. We are in our late 70's and with no lift we struggled to walk up and down to our apartment. We deserve a credit for this inconvenience.

Large apartment. Has everything you need. Much larger than expected. Fantastic location travelled with group of 5, 3 of which were seniors. Very clean shower tub not the greatest but that’s not a huge deal if I just had something to critique it would be that so overall amazing hotel and I would definitely stay there again… one other thing washer works but the dryer doesn’t staff couldn’t figure out either but that was ok we made just if I had to be picky

I was getting married so admittedly there was lot of in & outs but the reception people were pretty lackadaisical - we were even opening the door for guests as they were ignoring them!! The room was not ready when we arrived and that was an hour after check-in time. Great amount of space but just not quite good enough

Second time staying at this property. Right across from Liverpool st station. Near a grocery store and dining - especially the Spitafields market. It is a busy area but always felt safe. Some of the rooms are a little dated but very clean and spacious.

This was a wonderful location just across from the tube. You can walk to many sightseeing activities as well. This is a spacious apartment for my family of five, and is very clean. It is in the city and you will hear people on the street and at nearby pubs which was no a problem for us.
