The room was clean and perfectly adequate (apart from the pillow which felt like a block of wood). All the staff I came into contact with were very nice and friendly. However if you are thinking of booking here please be aware it is very close to Victoria Railway Station with trains running quite late into the night and beginning early the next morning. If you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed.

The room was perfectly clean and the bed reasonably comfortable although the pillow was rather hard. The staff were very nice and friendly. However if you are a light sleeper this would not be the place for you to stay as the trains from Victoria start early and finish late so you are aware of the noise in the background.

Staff member Huang/Muang (cannot remember his name) was very helpful and kind to us. We appreciated that he changed our room after not getting a good night sleep at our first room.

It was a very convenient location near Victoria station so we could explore the city in all directions from there. It was also easy to get to Heathrow for our flight. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and big enough for three of us. And the towels were big and fluffy!

The staff was 5 star. Very helpful with directions to places and with moving us to a differnt room in a quieter area. The breakfast selection was great and their coffee machine in the eating area was outstanding serving all types of beverages, including a mocha coffee and lattes. Would stay again.

The room is small but it looks new and clean. The bed is also comfortable too. The people at check in counter is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is basic and few choices and also all the same every day. I am satisfied with the room but we got the room that is no elevator so we have to take the luggage into the room. You can ask them to help that is not a big problem.

A really convenient central location. As a single room booking, the room was fairly small but had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay. I didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that. What most impressed me was the staff, really professional, friendly and helpful.
