Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean but a bit small once you got your luggage into the room. Hotel is very close to the rail line so it is a bit noisy. But it was very convenient to be close to the train and the bus.

The hotel is almost next door to the Victoria Coach (bus) and Train stations. It's very easy to get the bus, subway and train. It's around a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Beg Ben, and Parliament. It's convenient to many of the tourist sites. My room, the least expensive, was very small. Just enough space to open up my suitcase. I'm a Solo traveler. Small private Bathroom. Breakfast is extra cost. I didn't pay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and perfectly adequate (apart from the pillow which felt like a block of wood). All the staff I came into contact with were very nice and friendly. However if you are thinking of booking here please be aware it is very close to Victoria Railway Station with trains running quite late into the night and beginning early the next morning. If you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed.

The room was perfectly clean and the bed reasonably comfortable although the pillow was rather hard. The staff were very nice and friendly. However if you are a light sleeper this would not be the place for you to stay as the trains from Victoria start early and finish late so you are aware of the noise in the background.

Staff member Huang/Muang (cannot remember his name) was very helpful and kind to us. We appreciated that he changed our room after not getting a good night sleep at our first room.
