We had some problems in London. The counter people and absolutely above and beyond to help us sort out our problems. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to the Victoria train station. Would like to thank all the staff for making our stay memorable.

The train was very noisy, which disturbed our sleep. But the worst part was our room. The AC broke and they couldn’t fix it. Instead they offered fans but the temp in our room went from 25 to 31 degrees by morning. It was terrible and we couldn’t sleep

Highly Recommend!

Very friendly and efficient service throughout our stay. Great location within walking distance to Victoria station, as well as to Buckingham Palace. Clean and comfortable room, which was upgraded for us at check-in. We appreciated the air conditioning. Reasonable price, considering its great location in London. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel but we were on ground floor near entrance door which was very noisy from the early hours with people coming and going! Beds and pillows were also hard and uncomfortable - a fridge in the room would be helpful too but overall clean and tidy with enough towels and cups for all of us which often isn’t the case with a triple room

Good location but no elevator

Service at the front desk is excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Because my room is at the building behind, they offer to help me carry the luggage and I told them I can handle it myself as I only have one piece of luggage. However when he show me I have to go to 2nd floor without the elevator, I accepted his help. This is a nice clean hotel close to Victoria coach station and the underground tube, very walkable for shopping and restaurant located at a safe area. However if you have heavy luggage then you might need help to carry your luggage up and down those narrow stairs. Also sound proofing wasn’t great either, we can hear the action next door. This hotel location excellent if you need to take coaches for excursions like Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, the pick up point is within 5 minutes.

We stayed on three occasions (same trip). We only stayed in the main building on the last visit. On the previous two stays we stayed in annexes across the road. Rooms in those buildings were OK but not up to the quality of the main building.

Very close to Victoria station where all sightseeing buses start. Room is very small, shower is tiny. Housekeeping didn't make up the room even when I was out most of the time that day. In the evening I called front desk asked for new towel, was told to wait for 15 minutes. Waited for one hour and called again before towels were delivered.

We stayed in the apartments, the service was excellent from the staff. The answered all questions, were helpful with excursions and offered great diner recommendations. It was conveniently located near bus and train station. Great restaurants in area. The only negative is since it is close to the train station you hear the trains go at all hours.

This was the perfect choice for an quick budget-friendly London trip. I was just a few steps away from Victoria Station where I got the bus to and from Heathrow Airport. The hop-on hop-off tour bus also stops 2 blocks away so I was able to easily do 2 days of touring around London city. There are lot of restaurants to choose from that I could easily walk to. The room itself was smaller than average but clean and cozy. Perfect for solo travel or a couple.

Walking distance to Victoria Station, which contains many stores and eateries. Extremely easy to walk around the city from this hotel to enjoy the pubs and find a grocery store.. Very comfortable room a much larger than I expected for a twin room. I will definitely stay here again!
