"Front desk agents were very friendly and helpful.
I had no hot water late night. Walls are extremely thin, can hear neighbors whole conversations, and the Mexican restaurant Music was extremely loud. Also had a very unruly guest in the room above us. It appeared he was dragging furniture across the floor and throwing things across the Rome till after 11 PM"
