The staff was excellent and extremely nice. Enjoyed the room, it was clean and spacious.

The first day we did not receive any room service so we had to go to the lobby to obtain clean towels. The second day room service was good because we let the staff in the lobby know about the incident that happened the previous day. We left the cleaning staff a note pertaining to leaving us extra towels along with shampoo and condition while we were occupying the room the remaining time of our visit. We left the individual a ten dollar tip with the note. The third day we only received three clean towels. In addition to the cleaning staff not complying to our request the water not only tasted horrible but smelled horrible also while we were showering. Nice hotel to visit and would do it again but hopefully by then the staff will learn to read and comply to our request especially leaving a tip

I had a wonderful stay. All the staff were nice kind and polite.

The room was fairly clean and I would recommend it to family and frieds

Excellent, clean and modern. The lobby was very inviting and stylish not drab and boring. Very well designed. Great value for the money.

Parking was convenient . Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Pluse i had to cut the trip short due to the weather in New England and was refunded one night's stay. Very professional.

I arrived very late, but no problem because of helpful staff. Also, I had problems with my rental car and the phone in my room, but again the staff helped out.

The hotel was very spacious, the staff were all very friendly...our rooms were good overall but could of been cleaner, the bed was not comfortable ...the carpets and furniture in the hotel were very dirty and worn. the breakfast was very good hot, lots of variety but they did not clean off the tables and often we had to sit at dirty tables, maybe more staff needed to resolve this ...the hotel was very busy so maybe additional staff is required

The hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. Had to drive everywhere (no attractions close). Sort of in a remote area yet easy to get to main drags. OK if you plan on driving to multiple locations (Naples, Fort Myers, etc.), but it is a drive anywhere.

This is my second stay at the hotel. It's great for business travel. They have a small gym but it does the trick. They don't have much of a bar and no restaurant so plan to leave the hotel if you want a late drink or a good dinner.

Ideal for a quick business trip! Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very unprofessional check-in, tookbquite awhile too. TV broke, no help. We made several calls, then emailed corporate only to get the desk clerk on duty to try to "un plug" the tv and plug back in. We switched rooms then Finally got it going and rented a movie, which we were charged over $20 for, we fell asleep. They didn't even comp that. NEXT, both elevators were FILTHY and smelled awful. Next day the tv in the new room stopped working. It took several requests for yhem to come "re-set". Following day. Same. No towels near pool area. Need i go on?????? Next day t

The hotel is right on the I-75 exit 138 and it is very calm and quiet place. Great Staff and the room is very comfortable.

Comfortable stay and staff are excellent. Close to highway but no distractions or sound as it is in a calm place. Nice parking and the only comment is AC noise is loud and being right next to bed.

We loved staying at this motel - great room size and layout, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, it's my second time at this hotel and their service level is always above standard. Excellent WiFi service, breakfast, staff, and room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at the correct check-in time, I was told my room wasn't ready and to check back in 30 minutes. Since I had three children with me and waiting it out in the lobby wasn't going to happen, I asked to use the pool while we waited. We had to be let out there by a staff member since we didn't have a key. When we got out there, there were three patio loungers IN the pool along with random garbage. With basically so choice, we still swam. I should have realized that since we had to be allowed out with a key, we needed one to get back in. I now had to get all of the kids out of the pool and walk around the hotel and into the front of the lobby to check on the room status since no staff member came out to update me. Needless to say, 30 minutes didn't happen and it turned into a 90 minute ordeal with crabby children in a cold lobby. Aside from the horrendous check-in, the room was clean and comfortable and reminded me why I try to use Hyatt Place when I travel with the kids.

The hotel gives everything it promises. Only drawback is the location is a little distance from everything. The area the hotel is in looks like it was planned for major construction of shops, dining, etc. and it just never got off the ground.

Fun half-week for Gene Cusic baseball tournament. Good location for driving to those fields, although nothing nearby within walking distance (restaurants, etc.). Excellent hot breakfast, nice layout for rooms. Definitely a cut above average.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and it never disappoints. The rooms are very spacious with a separate seating area.
