We always love this place! So much fun!! Definitely an adult oriented resort (which we love). We will keep coming back

The staff was great. Location was really nice.

My only complaint is to watch out for the bartenders. We were taken advantage of twice by the bartenders putting a higher tip than what we put. Luckily, we were sober and noticed. This was by two different bartenders on two different nights (we also tipped them good, so there was no reason for that). KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS. It's only a couple of dollars, but it's the principal.

Shocked at the disregard for cleanliness. Bar, hotel and pool were all in really rough shape. I understand your COVID rules are towels and garbages but makes me wonder what is actually cleaned when you have someone checking out. You should also disclose the parking situation on your site.

We have come here for many years. It hasn’t been taken care of, dirty mold in bathrooms. Dirty walls. Yellowing in the pools. Mold on side walks. Just wasn’t happy.

Location is perfect for walking to beach, town square, restraunts and shops. Our room was newly remodeled, very nice and spacious! Tiki bar is located in the center of resort and can get loud at night but it wasn't a problem for us. If you think this will be an issue, request a room away from this area. A great place with perfect location!!

Good location close to beach.

We arrived to the sound of Karaoke and music from the tiki bar! Check in was friendly and efficient. The tiki bar served food until 11pm and wzs open until 1 am. We enjoyed a delicious hangover burger and a guiness. The suite was spacious and roomy with a kitchen , the bathroom was somewhat cramped with a tub shower with a bath mat. The balcony was roomy , with comfy chairs and overlooked the pool. The beach was about 2 blocks away. It was a good stay, we will be back.

Location

The rooms were dirty and had many things that were broken and not repaired, loud music played in the Tiki bar every night till 1:00am, it was so loud that you could not sleep. The "resort" obviously catered to those who were heavy drinkers, there was a bouncer on duty every night in the tiki bar. two nights of our stay the police had to be called to the bar. The public restrooms at the resort were a disgusting mess. There was a shortage of parking. We would never book into here again!

Staff at check in was very unfriendly. Fight broke out around 11:30pm lots of yelling and very loud. Then at 4:00am fire alarm went off and last over 25 minutes. There were also no sheets on the bed and just one very thin blanket. Would not recommend this place.

Super cool

Having a choice of two pools was nice! There were days when you did want one pool over another. The location is excellent. Having a 3 - 5 minute walk to several dining options, gift shops, pier/beach was incredible! Rooms are a bit dated, but a great value if you only use the room for sleep/shower and getting ready for a night out or a day at the beach. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, but... whatever! :)

The good.....location. . The bad..where do I start. Dirty rooms. Not well maintained. Water pressure was awful. Everyone on the island can use the pool. We met many people that were staying at other properties or were locals at the pool!! We booked a King suite and we’re given a different room with full size bed. Motel was booked solid so we had no choice. Was a very bad Motel experience. We will be back to Fort Meyers Beach, bet never again at this run down Motel. So many better options. Can’t wait for Margaritaville to be built right across the street!! Do not stay here. You have been warned.

The property had two pools, one with a waterfall. It says they close at dark but they don’t seem to monitor it. The tiki lounge can get pretty loud at night so just something to be mindful of. It’s so close to beach, barely a 5 minute walk which is nice. Parking is kinda small, however, they do reimburse you if you end up having to pay for parking (meters not included). But we did not have to do that as we were able to find parking. The room we stayed in had a king size bed, along with 2 Tv’s, a couch, and a kitchenette.

Good food, busy bar, great to have right on site.
