I loved this resort! It was modern, clean, staff was friendly, I could walk around the area safely, the pool was beautiful. It was a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend! Orbitz on the other hand made billing tricky. I thought the trip was paid for but some charges came from the hotel and some from Orbitz? Still sorting it out. Just ask for print out and review room charges! I was charged for valet but didn’t bring a car! Overall experience was exactly what I hoped for and more. A fun tropical experience in a beautiful resort.

great property; do not like that they sell day passes for pool when the hotel is sold out, makes it hard for hotel guests to get a spot at the pool and way to crowded, not respectful of the hotel to its guests paying a lot per night. this should not happen when the hotel is sold out or spring break time.

This property is clean and in great repair! It looks exactly like the other Margaritaville resorts that we have stayed in the past! They do have dining options at the resort. This resort is walkable to Old San Carlos Blvd, where many restaurants are located! The resort is across the street from the beach, not on the beach! The pool is open to the public, not just resort guest! You might consider a rental car, if you fly into Fort Meyers. Its approximately a 30 minute drive from the resort and you will likely want to get out and explore the greater Fort Myers area!

Great stay overall with a few hiccups. The property is beautiful and lively, with an elevated lobby level and a welcome margarita on arrival—a nice touch. Check-in was a bit awkward, as the receptionist seemed unsure and constantly sought confirmation from colleagues. Our room was clean, quiet, and matched our booking (2 queens, no upgrade available). Loved the live music—the sound system was incredible, allowing clear music without drowning out conversation. Food across Fort Myers was excellent, including at Margaritaville, where the executive chef was impressively present. Staff, especially at breakfast, were warm and friendly. Pool area always had chairs available. The only real downside was the lack of flexibility at checkout. No late checkout, no indoor showers after checkout—just outdoor ones by the pool, which isn't ideal before a flight. Compared to other resorts, this could be improved. Still, a great vibe and enjoyable stay overall.

Took our family of 4, a 3 year old and a 14 year ild and there was plenty to occupy both of them as well as mom and me. The beach and pool are no more than a couple minute walk and both are clean and beautiful. Great family atmosphere.
