Even though It wasn’t in the best of neighborhoods I felt very safe and comfortable at Lehigh golf resort. I consider it to be a gem in the rough

We arrived after hours and had difficulties getting into the room. Room was very nice as was the grounds.

I liked the activites available and the grounds were kept up nicely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not like that the property was so far away from everything. It's a little farther than I would have liked to travel. I felt we spent a lot of time in the car trying get to the beach and other hot spots around the Fort Meyers area. The Neighborhood that this property is in looks very shady and I was a little concerned until I arrived at Lehigh Resort. Doesn't seem to be in the best of areas.

Very well maintained grounds. Many activities available, although we did not partake in them. Inexpensive. Location not bad depending on what/where you are going.

Overall the property was very well maintained, however our lanai screen was very dirty and the primary slider door would not open... thank goodness for the other one!

The property was clean and safe and in a pretty, outdoors location. Check in and check out were easy. Well-run and pleasant!

Property was in a good location to branch out while exploring the area. The pool and hot tub where excellent.

just stayed 6 nights, but excellent for anyone to vacation at. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation with plenty to do every day.

The gardening. The overall outside appearance of the property was attractive to the eye. It was also quiet and peaceful. The studio room was well equipped with all the necessities. Such as a functioning ice box, microwave, stove, towels, plates, spoons, etc. But communication was terrible. The lack of a weather controlled 24 hour reception area was also an issue. Even though I had visited the reception the morning after our arrival, the rooms key cards were not adjusted. As a result, my mother, sister, brother and nephew were locked out of the rooms. They had to spend nearly an hour outside in the cold looking and waiting for someone to adjust the keys. The too late to cancel update on the switching of rooms was an issue.Had I known that the resort was a timeshare, I wouldn't have booked rooms there. It felt terrible being switched. Even worse, during the switch we were down graded. Also there appeared to be a mix up in reservation. The number of people I had booked for was not reflected in the reservation ticket. We cannot comment on the recreational activities and amenities because we were not given access to them till the last day of our stay. To add insult to injury, upon our departure, the receptionist had the nerve to request the return of recreational access bands that she had not given us upon our arrival.in terms of reception etc, we were treated shabbily

I liked the updated flooring in the condo. It also had stainless steel pot which i only cook in. Appreciated that.

We thought the property was an oasis in the middle of nowhere.

Amazing place the facility is wonderful the people are some of the nicest people i have ever met. I liked everything about the place.

Friendly, clean place with lots to do at a great value. Didn’t realize it was a time share until we were booked. There was no pressure to buy but we did have to move on the last day due to another party coming to use the unit we were already in. Not a huge deal but it was a little inconvenient.

The amenities were amazing!! Everyone was so nice; the staff as well as other guests. We loved the bike trail!!

very good place for pleasure and enjoy with family

This place is well maintained and beautiful. They are always working on it! They were doing a kiddy pool major upgrade. People were super friendly. We especially loved Jim the golf pro!

We thought we were paying less for a less convenient location, but the bed quality was poor (one queen was a pull out sofa, the other a Murphy bed). Our necks hurt from the hard foam pillows. We had to buy our own pack and play as the facility did not provide a crib. It was cramped. We lost a over half a day because we found out that midweek we had to move units. We were not given a time estimate on when the new room would be ready. I asked the front desk to communicate with housekeeping to get their estimate, and was glared at and told to hang out at the pool and wait. My 11 month old and I are not sunbathers. We had to drive 30 miles to reach restaurants.

Was very happy with the resort and what was available. Wasn't sure what to expect but nice surprise. The pool was very nice and our grand kids really enjoyed it!! The other guest and the staff were generally very nice and friendly. Very easy to get and use the various equipment for games and fun.

Perfect place to relax....great for family....down to earth. No pressure.

I have stayed here before and it is always nice. Well kept and always clean
