Welcoming staff and atmosphere I chose this hotel for a weekend visit with my teenage daughter. This landmark hotel is in great condition and well-maintained , still in all its beauty. But what most impressed me was the welcoming staff. Rather than acting trendy or snooty as the hotel decor may suggest, ...
Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The staff were good at remembering names and greeting you each time you left or returned to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel! Only downside was that “Buster” the dog was not available during the time of our stay
Business trip. Quiet for the city on higher floors. Very friendly and professional staff. Avoid the restaurant for breakfast as it is very pricy with substandard food. In house market and coffee shop is a good value.

Overall good experience. Check in staff from drop off of car to person at desk made you feel special. The Spa service was excellent, though I missed having a sauna along with the steam room. Checked in for a birthday celebration and the hotel and spa service was what I expected. The only negative was the food service. Parallel 37 was closed for a private event and the Lobby Lounge had excellent Bar service with great drinks and entertainment, but the food was mediocre and overpriced. Example: A $26.00 hamburger that was supposed to be served with onion rings that was too salty to eat and served with french fries instead of onion rings with no explanation. I think they should have said they were out and ask to provide a substitute. I would have preferred a salad.
Despite being in a less than ideal location the hotel was a notch or two above the area. It was a pleasant surprise.
Overall was great. Will be back soon. Beautiful hotel
I was most satisfied with the hotels system and hospitality.
