This place is minimal. No special features at all. It's a bed, shower, and TV. No food, drinks, etc. Just a place to spend the night. Trying to find the front driveway at night is very difficult, no lighting. Burger King next door provides your food!
It was cozy I loved my stay.I'm gonna be back soon.....
Excellent accomodations.....Would stay here again on my next business excursions in Austin.
My fiancé and I stayed here while we were waiting for our new apartment to be move-in ready. The staff was great and super friendly and the room was a decent size. The only downside to this place was at night a whole bunch of beetles (or something) would come out from the fields behind the hotel and become very annoying when trying to get back inside. Nothing in the rooms but I hate bugs so I took notice to that. Otherwise great service and it's easily located.
The rooms were newly renovated and looked great, however, it's a non smoking facility and our two rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. When we said something to the front desk staff, they looked at us like we were crazy. Everything else was great.
Smelled of smoke in the lobby and room. Breakfast was disappointing. Had run out of orange juice and coffee. No staff was present. Served sausage and boiled eggs. Room was clean and quiet; however the smell of cigarette smoke ruined my stay. Lots of construction workers were staying. Not much parking available with all of their work vehicles.
Sadly I was in Buda Tx for a Memorial. My best friend of 59 years had passed away. The hotel was a haven for me. The room was cool and the bed very comfortable. I don't travel much so my review may be biased. In my limited experience a room is just to sleep in while you go about your business. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast you serve in the morning was great. As I said the hotel was a haven for me. Thank you
I called two days before my stay to make sure that I could arrive a couple of hours before regular check-in time @3pm because I had an event to arrive to at 2pm. Without hesitation I was told that arriving a couple of hours early wouldn't be a problem & no fee assessed. I called 30 minutes before my arrival and I was immediately told that getting my room at 12:30 would be Impossible (they did mention they could do 1:30pm, but that was too late as I needed to be out by that time#. When I arrived and let the attendant know that we had called previously to confirm our early arrival, the attendant seemed irate and after a bit of yelling in the back, the attendant managed to work something out, which was a relief! In the end, I was allowed to check-in with an extra $67 dollar fee #it was also practically the exact same room we had originally booked). At that point, I just needed to get in the room and get ready and I was not going to argue for the extra cost. The rooms & lobby were fairly WARM and stuffy but once we turned on the A/C in our room it was more comfortable. I did find a piece of glass on the floor but I threw it out immediately and hoped I wouldn't find anything else like that around, luckily I didn't. Breakfast is from 6am-9am but when we arrived at 8:30am there was nothing left, not even batter for waffles. Perhaps they could have someone oversee every once in a while to make sure things are stocked & ready until 9am. Overall, our experience was adequate. It would've turned out much better if we were able to check-in without hesitation nor fees which is why I gave it 2 stars. I would've given 3 stars should everything have gone more smoothly. As far as proximity to where I needed to be, it was great.
