I finaly reached security and he told me he has no idea about Cloud Condos and that this building was strictly a residential one. At this point, I felt like I was being gaslit and my gut was really relaxing I’ve been scammed. I contacted Orbitz support and learned that it was a VRBO property. All they could tell me is that they’d launch an investigation so this is currently ongoing. With nowhere to stay, torrential rain outside and my phone battery running low, I booked another hotel
