Do not stay here. Cockroaches and dirty boogers on the walls with other nasty thing. Says non smoking but smells like cigarettes and other smells. The worst stay I’ve ever experienced
Ok stay for the price the bed was comfortable and clean. Bath was clean. Other furniture in the room was run down and dirty. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The Service was great. Facility itself wasn't the nicest nor the worst. Served my needs just fine. Price was a good value.

I had some mail sent to me at the hotels address on the website. I asked if they had received it and the front desk said no, however they should have since I sent it the 28th of June. Did they receive it or not?
Stayed there because of the hot tub. Once we got there we were told by the staff it didnt work. It also sounded like it was broke most of the time.
Friendly staff, nice coffee for breakfast, the room needed a bit of maintenance in the restroom, but it was clean and the AC/Heat was a bit noisy!!
Hotel is not well kept and very dirty. Several people were hanging out and smoking when we arrived. Cigarette butts everywhere. Room was hot, ice machine not working and breakfast was less than desirable. Very disappointed because Quality Inns are usually a nice hotel.
Room was very clean, bed was excellent, refrigerator worked excellent, shower head was high up and had good pressure and water was hot. Hotel was quiet and the breakfast had everything and was hot. Staff was great. Will definitely stay again!
On a scale of 1-10 I rate this hotel as a 4. It was just a clean place to stay while my son and I were at his Silver Gloves boxing tournament. The hotel lobby was always cold. The guy at the front desk had to keep a personal desk heater on just to stay warm. The continental breakfast was horrible and didn't look safe to eat. However, this hotel was located close to a bunch of restaurants to eat at. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were a bit outdated.
You can tell the hotel is in the process of being remodeled, it's getting there. The breakfast each morning gets repeatative with nothing new offered. The hotel staff was great, with the exception of one gentleman at the front desk. The beds I believe were new and so incredibly comfortable. I wish that the shower had better water pressure, but overall, it served its purpose.
The room was moldy smelling so they gave me another room...only someone was already in it! Our car was being looked into by several young men, the front desk person lied about having security cameras, said he was the maintenance man, etc etc
The bed was nice. Down comforter, featherish pillows. Bathroom was small but had been updated. The hotel itself was older and you could see paint over paint, etc. Indoor pool and hot tub was nasty. Tv was older and small. If you are camping out in the hotel, I don't recommend it but looking for a good bed and bath, it works just fine.
WoW what excellent stay.Soon as you pull up.You notice the Wonderful water fountain. amazingly beautiful.soon as you come in.Not matter who you are.treated with royalty. The front desk person. George greated me with a bright smile.welcome quality inn on independence.ask is this your time.i said yes.ok.theres a price chopper across street if you need anything.grocery items.there are plenty of barbecue places around here.when i camed back he said did you mr.pimentel find everything you need? I sure did.thanx.when i was i going to my room.staff stops what there doi g hi.how you doing.no matter what there doing.everything ok to the guest.like on game i needed rain jacket.i ask young lady were i can get poncho u know for rain.excellent idea.amanda.its suppose rain.ok there walgreens.kmart.you wana go and enjoy the game not deal with weather mr.pimentel.i wana make sure as my guest your ok
