Because of COViD I missed having the free breakfast. Coffee juice and wrapped pastries was offered it was a clean place to sleep but our room was on the same floor as a young kids hockey team running up and down the hall first night there

The hotel is located away from street/hwy noise. The room that we stayed in was a suite and was pretty large. Bed was comfortable. One thing I didn't like is that you can here the opening and closing of the doors from the other rooms.

Room smelled musty. Carpet was soaking wet between window and bed.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had coffee maker microwave and refrigerator in the room

Re-cycling, this hotel is helping to reducing CO2 Looking forward to be part of places that are welling to help Climate Change in a positive way.

Clean rooms friendly helpful staff called our room to notify us of tornado warning being issued for our area

Location is very good and convenient to major highways and a lot of shopping. The hotel is very clean and updated. Bedding is wonderful; bed is okay, not exceptionally comfortable. Rooms come with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom mirror has no overhead lighting, which is annoying. My chief complaint is that the wifi is basically non-existent. My phone could see the network and I was able to connect once, but there was no internet access. My husband's phone couldn't see the network at all. He went down to complain and there was already another guest complaining to the front desk; the staff member there said they would "reset it" but nothing came of that. I guess it's a good thing they don't charge for it.

We stayed here two nights when we took the kids to Legoland. For this price range this hotel is excellent. Clean, friendly, and had a good breakfast. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was an easy drive into KC.

The staff was very professional and help full. The morning breakfast was great and those in charge of it did a great job. The facility was clean. I stayed here before and that lead to us staying there again.

We were in town for a funeral and booked two nights not knowing whether it was going to be possible to stay with family for part of our stay. Turned out we were invited to stay the second night with family and were very appreciative when Wilma showed compassion and was able to arrange a credit card refund for the second night when we asked her to cancel it at checkin for the first night. We had stayed there before and will again when we are in town, based on this excellent customer service experience.

This place is great. Lots of restaurant choices in the area plus lots of shopping.

Very comfortable! Within walking distance to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Walls are thin though as the next morning we could hear cleaning staff slamming things around in the next room at 8am.

the location was convient to our needs and the staff were very professional and coutious. the room was clean and roomy, the lay-out of the room was comfortable. The value was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the wieght room too. I would be happy to stay there again.

This was an excellent room for the price. Nice and clean. It was a little noisy (next to a highway) and the beds were too firm for me. Lots of restruants nearby and shopping just a mile or so away. Quick and easy trip to Bass Pro. The staff was not around much and were quiet but not rude.

Convenient hotel; a bit noisy, but that was because there were many football fans staying at the hotel for the weekend college and pro games.
