I'm spreading the word of this place like the Disciples spread the word of Yeshua. This place has gone through a huge transformation since i last stayed. They have new maintenance crew members who are working their ass off making this place look and run great. The staff is so friendly! They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. I will be staying at this hotel every time I'm in the Kansas City area! They absolutely made a repeat customer out of me.

Had a terrible experience, requested them to clean the room several times but they didn't do it at all. Staff were rude , they didn't even let the doordashers to get inside hotel and I had to walk outside to grab my order. On the desk, they charged me extra money in CASH and denied to get paid through card in the name of property tax ( although my stay was fully paid in advance through online ). I would never recommend this place to stay to anyone.

The staff was pleasant and nice. However when I got in the room there was duck tape on the door above the “deadbolt” area (safety concern). I notice there was partially empty toilet tissue and no replacement toiletries. The shower area did not look clean there was a ring in the bathtub as though it wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, also it appeared it needed to be recaulked and some type of tub paint or sealant over it maybe just outdated. There was crumbs left on the table and tv stand did not appear to be cleaned had concerns the beds sheets was not replaced. I traveled with my own fitted sheets and blankets, it came in handy.

Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.
