Wonderful staff, great amenities like onsite spa and full service restaurant. The lodge sits right in the lake and near a greenway.
Kind of noisy in morning, but property was beautiful and staff was exceptional!
Great property, but $6.00 for a couple of small bottles of water from the room is pretty steep given the already luxury price. A bit like being nickled and dimed for what is otherwise a great property. Just absorb it in the price of the room and stop generating a unique revenue stream! At least the first small bottle should be included and then charge me if you want.

Service was an issue throughout our stay, especially in the restaurant/bar. On two occasions we either sat waiting to be even acknowledged, or stood at the bar, waiting to order a bottle of wine to take up to our room (we finally chose to drive into town to buy our wine after being snubbed by staff). The food was good (we chose to order room service after the situations above.) We also cancelled dinner reservations at the restaurant for a special occasion we were celebrating and chose another Whitefish restaurant. Our Tikki bar experience was a very good one overall. Our suite was not serviced until we asked each day, and overall we noticed that unless you are dressed in Patagonia and drive a high end vehicle, you are not treated in a hospitable manner.
Honeymoon trip. Loved everything about it. The area was gorgeous. The staff friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. The national forest was easy assessible nearby. Amenities were great. Can't believe how beautiful Montana is. It's breathtaking. This review is breathtaking. It requires a minimum amount of words and I've said it all. So I hope your trip to M9ntana and the Whitefish are,as amazing as ours was.
I cannot say enough good things! Amazingly beautiful everywhere you look! Rooms were excellent, views were breathtaking. You can’t go wrong! Will definitely return!
Great hotel with an incredible gym. Good price & everyone was professional & friendly. SCOTTY DOO @ the front desk is THE MAN. The women who clean are all awesome & wonderful. Can’t wait to get back to WF & stay here again. MC
