Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

Strange layout but close to water park

We enjoyed having fairly easy access to the waterpark. But the layout is just strange and confusing. Imagine arriving after a long drive and you enter the lobby to register but need to visit the bathroom *quickly*. Surprise, there's no bathrooms available anywhere in the hotel unless you're in your room. Instead, you are sent back across the parking lot to the Perkins restaurant. Unbelievable. The "courtyards" are interesting, but they do movie-night so be prepared to hear movie and kids right up until 10pm. Not the end of the world, but something to be aware of if it's important to you.

Sterling Inn & Spa - an Ontario's Finest Inn

Quiet Spot for Weekend Stay to See Frozen Falls

Located in a former creamery building, The Sterling Inn’s modern style is crisp and inviting. Our room was very comfortable with a gas fireplace that took the chill off quickly. Staff and front desk were friendly and efficient and ready with suggestions when asked. Be sure to visit AG downstairs for dinner or drinks. We enjoyed a duet playing Friday evening over drinks and a wine pairing dinner on Saturday. The inn is a short walk to the Falls in nice weather.

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Breathtaking views!

When reserving room, be sure to ask for falls view. The falls view at higher level floors (mid 20s and up) will absolutely take your breath away! Caveat...you WILL pay for that view. There are several taxes and fees that the hotel will charge to stay at the Marriott IN ADDITION to the regular room rate. Buying in Canada comes along with as high as 13% taxes also! The American dollar goes alittle further ($1 Canadian equals $1.24 USD). Be sure to take alittle extra for transfers if not using "WEGO".
