It was off the main roads in a secluded area. The pool was clean as well.
Was a poor excuse for a hotel. I go to Joliet often and will never stay there again
Close to dinning and shopping i didn't like the we stay 5 nights not ones we had house keeping they only pickup trash 1 time.
This recently renovated hotel was a great value! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Windy City
The only thing I liked was the Gal that worked in the breakfast bar in the morning. She was fantastic and went above and beyond all expectations!
Our room was not vacuumed when we checked in and we did not have hot water our first morning there. It wasn’t a horrible stay but we will Probably not stay there again.
Nothing near the property except for I-55 and a McDonalds. I had to go through what amounted to a security check to get enough towels for everyone in my party. If someone with you gets cold, don't expect to get an extra blanket from the hotel staff; as a matter of practice, they don't keep extras. This is not a for real 2 room suite like Country Inn and suites. This was basically an oversized hotel room with a let out couch. The shower head is not adjustable and it leaked, so we heard water pinging off of the metal drain in the shower all night. The bed on that couch was squeaky and very uncomfortable (they won't give you extra pillows for it either). My queen bed was so hard parts of my body went numb during the night; I also woke up with a back ache. None of us had a good night sleep there. They clearly don't invest in the property in any sort of quality manner. 200 bucks for one night of NOT getting rest is b.s. Next time I will just drive another 15-20 and go to Bolingbrook.
Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. Love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers on the shower wall. Pool was ok. A bit cloudy and could have used a surface clean, but it served its purpose. Overall very pleased with our stay.
The breakfast is good. The hallway on first floor could use a shampoo.
When we arrived we were told they didn’t have the type of room I had reserved available. Quickly and without hesitation We were upgraded to a large suite. Not only was it large, it has been the nicest hotel and quietest room we have stayed at yet on our getaway. The staff were very nice and the location was easy to get to.
Serious water leak stain on bathroom ceiling. Two of the four light bulbs in the bathroom light fixture were burnt out and the third one was flashing. My final bill from the hotel shows a significantly lower rate than I was charged. It also lists the booking agent as Expedia when I booked through Orbitz. Maybe I should have used Expedia..
We checked in and the hotel from the outside looked nice. Great location. We took off our shoes. The carpet in the room was wet. The fridge in the room must have leaked water. Either way pretty gross. The bed was awful, not comfortable at all, 4 cheap pillows that belong in the garbage. The bed sheets had stains. The bathroom floor was an accident waiting to happen, slimy feeling and you could slip easily, on the dry floor. Oh, and we had to share a towel. Cheap is the word that comes to mind. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
