Great hotel. Comfy beds and a nice room. Wish you didn’t have to pay for the pool in the spa.
Appearance was fresh and clean. Comfortable bed. We overslept check-out by over an hour and all room cleaning equiptment plus supplies were stacked outside our door, but they didn't disturb us. All staff were helpful and friendly. Didn't care for the all you can eat buffet meals (b/l/d) with no table service option or menu - but quality of the food was good.
Comfortable place to stay and most, if not all tours, offer hotel pickup from this location. Easy transfers to and from KEF airport. Satt is an incredible bar/restaurant. Natura Spa is amazing.
The hotel was very clean and modern. The hotel restaurant provides a great breakfast and brunch. (We did not eat dinner there).
Excellent hotel. The only things that I would say is that it is a bit far from Rekjevek so you will need to take a taxi which costs about $20US each way. The hotel does have a shuttle which leaves hourly but the last one back to the hotel is at 5:30 p.m. so any time after that you will need a taxi. The second thing I would say is that the spa closes rather early on Sunday and we were not able to use it when one of our tours was cancelled due to weather. They have an indoor pool but it is apparently not included in your hotel stay as there is an additional charge to use the pool.
Location was good for walking along the coast. Lots of paths. Close to downtown too.
Convenient location with plenty of parking and a shuttle to the city center. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great place to stay!
We enjoyed the comfortable beds, down comforters, linens. Staff was helpful. Hotel is in excellent condition and well kept, very clean. Complimentary coffee/espresso in the cozy lobby was a nice touch. The airport being close by was a non-issue, since there was no activity during sleeping hours and the windows seemed well insulated from noise. Excellent stay!
There was little choice other than the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner.possibly an alacarte menu would have been nice .
Nicely located if you have transportation; otherwise, it is 5-10 minute cab ride downtown. There is a lovely spa on site but there is an additional charge to use the pool, sauna, and steam room. (About $25 US dollars.) Friendly, helpful staff. We had a great time. Good food in the restaurant.
