The restaurant food was amazing and so were the chefs and staff. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Perfect location and excellent service from staff . Patrice on the Front was very helpful and caring. Great job guys 😊

Contemporary hotel within walking distance to shopping, ocean, restaurants. Staff provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. Several staff members went out of their way to be helpful and supportive.

There were two main problems. 1) The bathroom was not totally clean since there were rests of hair on the sink and 2) they gave us a handicapped room without telling us other than "we were lucky because there was an available room when we arrived in the morning." Because we were in a hurry to meet other people, we did not ask to change us the room.

Very clean, updated, great location right next to bus stop and amazing breakfast

Very good experience, close to major shopping areas and attractions. Coffee available in lobby. Breakfast and airport transfer are not included in room price.

Stayed here our last night in Reykjavik. Centralized location, modern hotel, great beer garden with a happy hour

This is your standard issue business and group tour hotel. The rooms are adequate; breakfast buffet is filling but unappetizing. However, the location for the hotel is great. Its not on Laugavegur, the main shopping street, but close enough. As a consequence, this hotel has better prices, is quieter, while being a very walkable location. The hotel staff is a bit green but helpful. Staffing at the Beer Garden is insufficient; be prepared for significant waits to get a drink or any food, especially during happy hour

pleasant, close to bus stop, close to shops and restaurants, good breakfast and dinner buffet

Excellent stay. Wonderful location. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

a very nice, clean hotel rooms were a little small. The staff were very frendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. the onsite resturante was very good

Needs better parking. Wanted plain flat sheet instead of pillow sheet, but could not get staff to understand. Wind noise inside hotel kept me awake. Breakfasts were great. Room was very good.

Disappointed that breakfast was not included upon our 7:AM arrival. There was nothing open at that early hour & we were not about to pay $60 for the buffet We did find out later that there were sandwiches and beverages available but no one at the desk thought to tell us

Perfect location, close to all the downtown attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available that was free at nights. Hotel employees were friendly, accommodating, and helping. I recommend anyone traveling to Reykjavik.

Nice room with all up to date amenities. Great location within walking distance to the Sun Voyager and Harpa concern hall. Nice breakfast with some international variety.

Overall the hotel experience was very good. The breakfast options were fantastic. We found the hotel staff to be very accommodating and always looking for ways to make our stay better.

The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar were efficient friendly and welcoming. We were given a handicapped room for some reason and that may be why the bathroom had no counter space and a tiny sink with a faucet that got in the way every time we used it. There was no place in the shower to put your things either There was no tub. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. The hotel bar had a young vibe and a fantastic selection of beers. The location is right by a convenient bus stop and though not directly in the heart of downtown it's a short walk to main street shops and restaurants.

Clean and quiet room. Great breakfast buffet. Nice room view. Got an upgrade.
