Nice common areas and gym( I hope you don't have time to use the gym while there is so much to see in Iceland!). Staff friendly. Room a bit noisy. Maid did’t complete room cleaning and did not leave towels. It is a bit too far to walk downtown-30 minute walk which is fine on a nice day.

We loved the Executive Lounge and the spa facilities.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness were all very good

Staff very friendly. Appreciated getting a room in the morning after an overnight flight.

Snafu at check in and when I would ask for directions - they would act bothered even when their was no one else to help

Fantastic staff, great location, Michelin Star Restaurant in the Hotel - VOX. No hesitation to book again.

Nice hotel, clean spacious. Location is not as close to the center of town as we originally thought. Vox had wonderful but pricey food.

Amazing hotel. Clean and great food! Great staff and great tour help at gift shop!! Thank you

Wonderful hotel not too far from the major tourist area at all! Easy city bus access which we did during days in the city - bus stop is outside the front door - and less than 5 min drive to major attractions and old harbor. Close to main highway for day trips. One of best and most complete hotel gyms I have ever seen! Looks like a smaller version of gyms with memberships. Also - amazing breakfast -all you can eat - 30 dollars a head (a steal for Iceland meal prices!) - much needed after a red eye from the east coast!

The hotel is great and very comfortable. They have a nice bar and parking is no problem. The only thing is that you will have to drive to main downtown area. It is only a 10min drive but other hotels are located centrally and you just can walk outside the hotel to the shops etc. The rooms are great and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Nordica. The hotel itself was what we expected--very clean, had a great gym, a great lobby bar and restaurant (Vox). We didn't use the spa facilities as it was too expensive, but access to the gym was free which was great. The hotel employees all spoke great English and were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for taxi pick ups and transport to the airport for us. The view from our room on the 4th floor was fantastic and we had plenty of room. The only downsides were that everything was very expensive and even coffee in the lobby will cost you around $4 for a small cup for guests. That felt a bit like being nickle and dimed to me. Also the location was not in downtown but about 1.5 miles from the action in the city. We were able to put on many clothes and comfortable shoes and do the walk from the hotel, however if the weather is bad or you're planning to go out on the town to a nice place and dress us you'll need to get a cab--which is pricey at around $25-30 each way.

Great room, beautiful view of the mountains. Helpful staff. Free bus ride to the city. Great breakfast and great housekeeping service.

The hotel was beautiful, room was great, we got to enjoy it thoroughly. We would get complimentary cookies and hot chocolate every morning while we would wait for our excursions. Perla from the tour desk was very helpful in putting together a fun filled itinerary for the week. The SPA is awesome! I got a free back massage in the hot tub while I was waiting for my massage!! Staff was very helpful, they gave us free bus passes to use while we were in town, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was the nicest hotel of our stay. We booked a nice one for our last night because all the other nights were airbnb and we weren't let down. The price was reasonable and walking distance to shopping and attractions. And it was very very nice

Stayed here as my last night out of town after having driven the ring road. They have a great lounging and bar area to relax and have a drink and unwind. The room was very comfortable and clean and modern. One of the best nights of my stay in Iceland.
