GREAT location, challenging entry

Good: (1) The location is great, and very convenient to all of downtown Reykjavík. (2) The apartment was nicely furnished, and generally worked well for 4 adults. (3) The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare simple meals, and the appliances worked.Bad: (1) Entering the apartment is challenging. You go up 2 flights of stairs and through 5 different doors (with 1 keyed lock and 2 digital locks, both requiring different codes). And you must do this every single time you enter the apartment. (2) One bedroom is small, and both only have 2 twin beds.Neutral: Initially there was a lack of communication from the host, and by check-in time I had messaged twice, but had not received any instructions. Finally I contacted customer service, and they contacted the host. Apparently the host was replying via email, not the VRBO app, and the emails were going straight to junk mail. The host immediately messaged me in-app, and we were able to check-in without issue.
