Staff was very friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is kindof small but was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Great view from my balcony, I had a partial ocean view but it wasn’t heavily obstructed. They have a tour/activities director in the lobby who was super helpful! Also the on site breakfast restaurant was tasty! A 2 min walk to beach and 5-10mins to restaurants and shopping! Would stay again!

I like the location of the hotel, it’s very close to the beach. The housekeeping was unsatisfactory, they didn’t clean the room properly, and old towels left behind, bed not fully folded and housekeeping was randomly knocking doors early in the morning for housekeeping

Hotel and rooms were clean, but very outdated. Pool are outdated and less desirable and cold, was very disappointed in the pool area. We had a partial ocean view room and it was worth the upgrade. We got to watch surfers all day, and beautiful rainbows and sunaets. The lite buffet cold use more variety like bacon and pancakes. The staff were friendly. Very convenient in terms of walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants and attractions. If you are never in the hotel room other than to shower and sleep, this is a great location. But if you like nicer amenities and will use things like the pool and gym, you may want to look at other hotel options. I like that beach towels are always readily available and they even have some beach toys to loan out for the littles.

Amazing buffet breakfast every day. Always changed which was awesome. Clean rooms, we had partial ocean view which was spectacular. Housekeeping and all the employees we encountered were so kind. Location to the beach was so close it was awesome. We would definitely book again.

unfriendly staff! below basic service. We stayed for 7 days and we experienced a repetitive and terrible breakfast. I have no idea why this hotel was rated so high on the expedia, i could pay the same to check in the next door hotel Hyatt but only because of the deceiving rate on expedia I selected this hotel, not only it was no exceptional or excellent it was terrible, old, smelly, unfriendly, poor quality, rundown infrastructure, old furniture, no facilities, Big mistake!
