We booked the Waikiki Resort hotel based on the reviews. We really enjoyed the property. It is so close to Waikiki Beach, shopping, and dining. We had a great check-in experience with a young man named Connor, who was very helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed. It's a basic, clean hotel room. Each room has a fridge, which was nice. I read some reviews demeaning the rooms or the cleanliness. We didn't see anything negative. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We didn't spend a ton of time in our room, so it was great. The property also had a very convenient shop where you could grab things you needed. We also appreciated the water filling stations to refill our water bottles. I had also read some reviews criticizing the included breakfast. I have no clue what they could be criticizing. It is a standard hotel breakfast and the food was excellent. The fresh fruit was delicious. They also had eggs, delicious fried rice, miso soup, pastries, etc. We really appreciated not having to spend money on breakfast each day. The staff manning the dining area were also very efficient and friendly. While we didn't use the pool, we checked it out and it looked great, especially for kids. I had been concerned about the parking, but it all turned out fine. The parking is tight, but we always managed to find a space. You do have to pay about $40 a day to park, but it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great hotel. Super friendly staff, decent room, and good breakfast restaurant. The decor and facilities are a bit old, but still work well. They have a game room with a pool table and foosball, a fun place for my 6-year-old daughter. Very close to the beaches, and provides towels for beach stay. Parking is 45/day, the underground garage is a bit hard to maneuver around for big cars, but we had no problem finding a spot during the 4 day stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—truly made the stay even better. The place was spotless and just a short, easy walk to the beach—less than five minutes! It’s also conveniently located near plenty of gift shops and just minutes from the mall. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Overall plemty of bang for your buck here. Location alone and free breakfast every morning are enough for me to stay here again, but the staff is also amazing and helpful. Its a knitting outdated yes, but the staff keep it clean and its a great value.
