Could be some more afternoon/ evening activities. If garbage collection in waikiki could be later than 4:30am that would make this hotel 1000x better. Not much fun being on vacation waking up that early. But the rooms were clean, staff was nice and a block to the beach is amazing. Water bottle stations is handy too!

For the price I just expected more out of the place, doors slammed on frame all night making it hard to sleep, maintenance told us to put tissue in between sliding glass door and frame to stop noise. Toilet kept getting plugged by just toilet paper, elevators kept breaking down.

We stayed at the Waikiki Resort Hotel from January 17–20. The location is great and close to everything, and the hotel was very clean. You do get what you pay for, though, as the property is a bit run down and could use upgrades. Our room on the 9th floor was small for three people but had a semi-separated layout, two balconies, and a small fridge, microwave, and sink area, which was convenient. The bathroom is tiny and needs updating. One downside was noise — our room was right next to the elevator, and we could hear it running all night along with housekeeping going in and out and slamming doors. Overall, the location and cleanliness were the best parts, but I’m not sure I’d stay again unless renovations are done

You get what you pay for. It’s very convenient, it’s clean, the staff are lovely, and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. It’s perfect for a place to stay and go about your scheduled activities. It’s a block from the beach and everything you need is close by. The only thing I’d say isn’t great is parking and the pool area. Both are small, but if you don’t rent a car or care to be in your hotel pool area, it’s perfect. I’d stay again.

We paid a $530 Canadian Resort Fee for the week and I used all my Data because the WiFi never worked the whole time. We went to the front desk and they reset the router but it only worked for a few hours. We were not able to use the Pool at all as it was freezing cold and in the shade all day long. The Body lotion in the bathroom was empty when we arrived and never filled back up. Very disappointed
