Perfect location to walk to Kalawa and to the beach. The room is cleaned with good service. I just don't like the new management when they canceled the free breakfast and charged $20 each without announcing ahead of time. When I talked to the day manager, he didn't seem to care and refused to give us any incentive when I know for sure he can easily authorize a couple of vouchers.

Consistency with service and helpful communication. Very nice employees and even when we checked out helped us with storing our luggage while we went out and when we came back they had game room where we spent some time while we waited to get picked up.

Overall, I felt the service was good, housekeeping was very good even though I did not need it they asked me every day. The downside is during my stay the hotel was very crowded, many young people around my room very loud until all hours of the night, slamming doors, loud in the hallways, I understand that is not due to the hotel or staff but it was very annoying.

I really enjoyed our stay. The only things I wasn't happy with was not having a whole body mirror and having only one mirror located at the bathroom. The other issue was me having to climb in a chair in order to plug in the hairdryer since the only plugs were near the ceiling. The staff were all fantastic. Rooms were very clean. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. I love Waikiki, such a Beautiful area.
