Loved the location. Nice rooms, great breakfast and nice, helpful staff.
Great Location, nice staffs, but outdated and need remodeling.
This hotel is in an excellent location right next to Vondelpark. It is very close to a large variety of very good restaurants and very close to Museum Square. Our family of 5 all had excellent beds that were clean and comfortable! Highly recommended!!!!
I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was small but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great! It was all granite, super clean, etc. The location was also nice as it was right next to a park and close to lots of attractions, and easy to get around, yet far enough away to be quiet.
Close to everything. Rooms are ok, a bit small. But very good for the price.
This was a great place to stay within walking distance of all of the neighborhoods to see in the city! The great price, cleanliness, and breakfast option were all big positives.
This hotel has a great location near Amsterdam's famous museum area, but be forewarned that the room with two twin beds cannot accommodate two people comfortably because it is so tiny. Also, the toilet is in front of the sink, so it is difficult to use the sink. I understand European hotel rooms tend to be on the small side, but this one qualifies as the smallest we've ever seen. If you are traveling alone or don't mind close quarters, you can probably make it work.
Our flight arrived at 8:30 am. It took us a while to figure where to get a bus or tram pass. It took us quite a while to find the hotel. When we finally found the hotel we had to wait to check in. Check in time was 2:00 pm. So we put our own bags in a storage closet. Literally in a storage closet along with other bags already in the closet. The gentleman at the reception counter was courteous. Provided us with a city map and highlighted popular areas to visit and also X'ed where the hotel was located. When we finally got back to the hotel Our room was ready. We had 5 in our party (this hotel had a room with 5 beds). Our room was in the lower floor -1. While the room was clean there was no air flow through the room. The weather was unusually warm for this time of the year. Two fans were in the room, but no air conditioning.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, near tram stops and the museum district. Free coffee 24/7. No complaints. I would stay there again.
