they charged me for a night after i paid orbitz for the same night then they lied to orbitz that they did not charge me.
Great location for retail therapy!!!!! Only "occurance" was our amenities were not restocked (shampoo, conditioner.. COFFEE!!!!!!!!). We knew the pool would of been closed due to pandemic which was okay.
The room was unclean. The floor was not swept. There were stains on the blankets, coverlets and towels. We did not use some of the towels as a result and to start with they only gave us 3 sets for 4 people. The noise was tremendous all night and the room smelled. The room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of smoke and mildew/and or mold. There were fresh stains on all the walls and mold in the bathroom. Much of the noise was throughout the night from 3 am to 6 am. At one point, a contractor was yelling outside our door complaining about the fact that there were people in all of the rooms where they were supposed to do work. There were also multiple times that there was banging on doors (assuming this may have been by contractors). I would not stay in this property again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Our stay was very disappointing.
Requested non smoking room. Got a room that smelled heavilynof smoke and nocotine dripping from ceiling in bath room. after check in, we went for dinner and christmas shopping before settling in. once we settled in the room, i rewuested a new room and i was questioned several times why it was bothering us. We requested a nonsmoking room and still given a smoking room. No need for questioning
I would say it’s a good place for night stay if you are looking for a cheap option . Room was clean . The dining area was very small. Only 3-4 tables .
Clean. One floor tile cracked in bathroom. Paid for a room with queen bed online and was given a room with two double beds.
Near to interstate.Nice breakfast. Near to shopping center.
Place was dirty and smelled like smoke. The air conditioner was broken as well.
The bathroom was not clean mold on the walls plus spider Webb behind the door a very dirty wall
