We had a great stay the host at the desk Scott was so very nice and welcoming to us. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back

dropped my glasses behind the bed, had a nice gentleman come up to my room and move some furniture to find my glasses and I really appreciated that. all the staff was very nice and friendly

I had a clean, nice average room with amenities in the room I didn't expect! Microwave, tall mini-fridge and coffee pot were there! I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfy and clean. The girl at the counter was extra friendly and the manager was on the phone with a customer and he was very polite.
They let us check in a few hours early to change for a funeral. Very accomadating.
Hotel was in a great location...right outside of town. Plenty of things to do within a mile of the hotel.
We rode through the Adirondack mountains and this hotel was perfectly situated for us. Clean, convenient and staff was wonderful. Great food too.
I have stayed at other places in this area and find that this Holiday Inn is far above the rest! Just read the reviews of the competition and you will quickly choose this place to stay. Quality is #1 with me!!

I am a huge fan of Holiday Inn's..this one was a little out of the way (about 10 miles off of 90) but so were all of the other hotels. We stayed in a handicap room which was nice and spacious but we did have a little flooding problem with the shower. Staff was friendly, food was good and they let us take our food that we ordered from the restaurant back to the room with no problem and even set up someone to take the dishes back during the night. All and all we were pleased
I was on sales trip. Very clean room, great little pool with bar. Simlpy great and no smoking policy, which kept me away from smoking for the night, GREAT
My husband and I were looking for a hotel a relatively short distance from Howe Caverns. We were very pleased to have made reservations at the Holiday Inn at Johnstown.
