Our keys didn’t work at all—ever. Multiple trips to front desk to rekey. Opened our room, only to walk in on someone sleeping! Staff was grumpy, and used curse words/talked about going out and getting drunk. Not impressed! Oh, and the pool was closed.

For some reason the carpet in our room is screwed to the floor. We cant walk around in bare feet without stepping on metal screw heads. Ouch! The breakfast was excellent. Lady visiting with guests, making sure we knew how to make waffles, and had everything we needed made it the best.

Lots of hair. In sink, bath and shower. No shampoo or body wash. No window. A fake window behind curtain to a hallway. Had a sauna! Very Poor fitness room. Great pool area! Worst continental buffet ever.
