Frustrating experience

The owner never contacted us with check in information. We tried getting ahold of the owner 3 days before our arrival and we never got a response. VRBO was no help! We are waiting for a refund as we didn’t have access to the property. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Do not book this house!
