We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We attended an event at the nearby Nevada County Fairgrounds and stayed for one night. The staff were pleasant. The room was large, with a full kitchen, very nice bathroom, and comfortable bed. Super clean and homey. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great. Located right in the heart of town and just two miles from the fairgrounds.

AMAZING! This was 1 day of a 2-week journey. Many different hotels, beds, breakfasts, staff, etc. By far this was the most comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and good breakfast, with made to order omelets. I do have one big regret, we didn't spend enough time here. This should be a destination, not just a pass through. Although, it was for us a very nice pass through. This is a place that I would highly recommend.

King suite was plenty big but RUN DOWN. Not necessarily clean (surfaces not even wiped down). Carpet is filthy, clearly a smoking room, wallpaper pealing off the walls, inexpensive and outdated fixtures. Room looks NOTHING like photos. Debated driving home after our event.
