I have no complaints about this place; I thought it was excellent, both the price and the service. The breakfast was also very good, with great service from the staff at breakfast. All the facilities were clean, customer service was perfect, the room was delivered on time, the room itself was clean and spacious enough, parking was easy, and it’s in a good area for transportation.

It’s too easy to hear people in adjoining rooms separated by the double doors. People from different parties shouldn’t be placed next door to each other in those situations.

Horrible hotel. Roomnwas advertised as suite with 2 bedrooms. It is a small room with a half wall divider. NO sheets were provided for the pull out bed and when we asked for them we were told we should have asked sooner ?!?!? And then given sheets that dont fit the bed. This place is nasty and unpleasent. Avoid. You have been warned!!!

Staff was friendly, hotel is clean. Beds are horrible and stiff, pullout sofa needs to be replaced as you are sleeping on coils. Room did not have sheets for pullout so we had to go downstairs to get sheets and they only gave us 1 pillow as they said they didn’t have anymore so only 1 kid had a proper pillow. Breakfast was standard but gross.

I'm assuming the Rocklin CA. room layout is new for Comfort Inn? If so, we loved the layout of separate areas for shower, sink area, seating area and bed area.

My California Adventure

I had an awesome stay here! I was originally suppose to stay Tuesday night though Saturday night but i came in a day late so ended up on stay Wed Thru Sat instead! But i still had an amazing time! I was there to see my son who i hadn't seen in 14 yrs!! OMG i just didn't want to leave!! But the hotel was really clean, the room was very comfortable, i even got cold and i asked the front desk for an extra blanket and they were very nice and gave me one without any problems. The staff was also curious and friendly to everyone. Now the continental breakfast could use a little help!! That bacon was really awful!!! And the scrambled eggs one day they were good the next day they tasted like rubber and awful!! And the yogurt in the fridge i don't know what they do to it but 2 days in a row i got one to take to my room and i put it in my fridge and took it out after awhile to eat and it would be no good! And the dates would still be good on them! I told the staff but I don't know if anything was done because I never got another yogurt again. Besides that my staff was amazing!
