The room was really clean and nice. The staff was great, the breakfast was really nice. But absolutely the firmest hardest bed we’ve ever slept on. The floor might’ve been more comfortable. My body ached every morning from trying to sleep on it.

The hotel was convenient. Definitely run down on the outside and looks like a cheap motel, but nice lobby and great staff. We basically were only there to sleep and leave so it worked out nicely.

The check in person did not acknowledge us when we walked in and kept us waiting for five minutes. There was another man standing on the customer side of the counter who looked like an employee who was scrolling on his phone and telling the front desk person what to change the channel to on the tv. When it was our turn, the front desk guy warned us that 112 of the 120 rooms were booked so there would not be any additional towels, pillows, sheets or blankets. Come to find out, there were no sheets or blankets on the pullout bed so I had to sleep myself and my two older kids on the king bed.

Great bang for your buck!
The hotel was pretty nice and the staff was great! Early check in was allowed for a small fee of $50. The lady at the front desk was ever so kind to upgrade me to a king suite and let me pick the floor I wanted to be on. Lots of good food around and a shopping plaza around the corner. Only complaint is that this hotel seems to be a very popular stop for TRUCKERS. You will here banging and unloading some nights at around 2 am - along with ruckus from the freeway. I tried to drown out the noise with the AC unit, but it is very loud and turns on and off every 5 minutes.

I had a room next to the elevators. Though this was convenient it did provide for constant low volume noise. Also, this property is near the freeway. Though tis is convent, the traffic noise can be heard in the room. I would rate the room as an average hotel room. I was attending a conference so for my needs it was adequate. I was on the second floor and the noise of those on the 3rd floor had heavy feet in the morning early. Someone on the first floor complained about noise and the front desk called my room twice at 9:30 at night to see if it was me, which it was not, then called me back because they did not have a grasp of who they had called. If I had been in bed this would have been annoying, but I had just gotten out of the tub, so it was a bit amusing. Overall it was a good stay.
