The condition of the rooms was extremely clean. Breakfast was well balanced but the “ omelette “ was dry and hard. The attendant was attentive and replaced the food quickly when there was just a small amount left. Staff was very friendly

I had requested a first floor room. Was told there were none “for our type of room.” I stayed there on previous occasions and the rooms down there are identical to the one we were given. The gal at the desk then proceeded to give a first floor room to the guests that checked in right after us. There was also a room being cleaned at the time. They could have given us (or the guests AFTER us) the opportunity to wait for THAT room. They were not very nice and I didn’t appreciate being lied to.
