Situated newly developed neighborhood next to the Sierra foothills (Lincoln, California). 30-35 minutes from Sacramento’s Metropolitan Field Airport (SMF) and close to several attractions, including The Venue at Thunder Valley, Placer County Wine and Craft Beer Trail, Folsom Lake, Quarry Park Adventures, many golf courses, running and biking trails, and great restaurants, your stay will have no shortage of activity options. Private jacuzzi sits in fenced back-yard and with professionally maintained landscaping and a covered patio, this property is a great place to relax and enjoy as well. The interior is complete with brand new furnishings. All windows are dressed with custom light-dampening shutters. Open concept kitchen (quartz and marbel countertops with center island sink) is a comfortable place to enjoy meals and the built-in wine bar, which offers a complimentary bottle of Northern California’s Wine to our guests.

Great Home, Just one Big Issue
This house is beautiful and has everything you would need to stay for a while. My family of 4 stayed for just one night. Communication with the host was very easy. Our one main big issue with the home is regarding privacy. We have stayed in many vrbos and never once have we had someone place a camera in the back yard facing so you could see into a hot tub area. We had a small issue with our kids playing with an object outside and literally within minutes the host was messaging us. Although I think she was concerned about the kids safety, it really bothered all of us. It felt like a huge invasion of privacy. Most people put cameras at entrances like the front door or gate into a side yard. We all felt like we were being watched while we stayed there which made us uncomfortable.
