Below average

The hallways stunk. There were several rooms with dogs, which are allowed. Old, tired property. The room itself was clean and so was the bed, which was important. But overall, I was very disappointed.

The lamp in the corner was broken. The latch on the door was broke. There was no slippery resistant in the tub. My 76 year old mother fell in the shower because it was slippery.

Good

Good Hotel. Room Clean. Only problem was they put us on far end of hotel to be on ground floor. But had small stairs to go up. This end of hotel needed cleaning up, especially at entrance. Hallway had terrible ordor. But once in room, it was very clean.

It was easy to get to. But some things were in disrepair. Door to bathroom was falling apart. Ice machine broke, and it seems a place that has more than 300 rooms would have more than one ice machine.

Scuzzy and kinda gross

Lady with the pink hair at the front desk was super gruff and unfriendly. Whole place has a weird smell that got worse once in my room. Kind of a cross between a fish market and an ash tray that had been quickly wiped out. I found out in the morning how dirty the floors were...hairs and snow melt salt all over. After I took a shower I put two wet towels on the floor and 'skated' around cleaning the floor myself because it was grossing me out. You should have seen those towels.... The noise was almost insufferable. That place seems made from cardboard the way you can hear everything going on in clear detail from waaaaaaay down the hall. The pillows were the thickest, hardest pillows I'd ever slept on and gave me a terrible head and neck ache. The beds were...okay. The house keepers in the mornings were male, which is fine, except the way they would beat on the doors and yell "HOUSEKEEPING!!!" was aggressive. Also, they were listening to music very loudly, whether on their phones or a Bluetooth speaker I'm not sure but it was loud. Not mentioned anywhere in the listing is that a portion of the motel is dedicated to affordable long-term rentals, and there were quite a few people milling about the motel and parking lot in the night which made me a little uneasy. Honestly, I neither felt safe leaving things in my truck or in my room, which was kind of a bad place to be in for a couple days. Definitely not the worst I've seen, but I won't be staying there again.
