The hotel is right off the highway and only 6 miles from Citizens Bank park. The hotel itself is very ordinary and could use some updating. The staff were friendly, but not very knowledable about the local area. For the price, you should expect exactly what we received; a clean room and shower but ...
I've stayed here a number of times, and it is my preferred hotel in Philadelphia. Rooms are comfortable, location is great, and staff is fantastic. It is surprisingly reasonable--better than any other, less comfortable hotels nearby. The fitness center and pool are nice. There's hot cider in the ...
It is easy to get around from this hotel. The Reading Terminal Market located across the street has a lot of food options. I really like to the donuts from Beiler's (located at one of the corners ... Reading Terminal Market).
We stayed here to visit family in the area over the holidays. The hotel is convenient to the turnpike and the mall. The breakfast buffet was very good, particularly the sausage - breakfast was included because I have Gold status with Hilton. This place was originally built to an Embassy Suites design, ...
Great hotel, a little bit ostentatious but the staff was for the most part friendly. Amenities are on the expensive side so I recommend going into philly for things like coffee, drinks etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cleaning services were superb.
Disappointed in check-in process, unable to accommodate requests, esp. because of orbitz reservation rather than through hotel website. Experience after check-in, very good. Friendly staff, NY party favors,. Limit outside visitors during parade to purchased wristbands to keep lobby crowds to a manageable ...
The Hotel is centrally located which is the main reason we stayed here. Our room was pretty small but the queen bed was very comfortable. They have placed a nice size TV on the wall but you will have to watch it from the bed as there is very little space. The bathroom was new and clean. Overall it ...

Very good stay. Comfortable but with a few issues. Firstly, the pillows are quite thin. I had to use 3 pillows for support, with one of them folded over. Secondly, the toilet lever is rather hard to flush. I imagine for older guests, or those with arthritis, etc., would have quite a challenge flushing the toilet. Minor issues, but overall, a great stay!
My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were well maintained and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food in the restaurant
The hotel is right next to the Convention Center and it is clean. Some of the appliances have wear and tear but all functional. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
