Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, in a quiet, safe residential area 5 min off R99, 20 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), 1 min to Supermarket, fast wifi, dining table, 65" TV with 300MB WiFi, BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 1-car garage. Front and backyard securely fenced. There are two security video cameras installed outside, one on the front and the other on the back. A guest should know the host has the discretion to check the video recordings whenever the host feels it necessary.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The house was very nice and the accommodations were great for the amount of people that we had staying. My husband, my mom and a few friends were all attending a concert at the Fresno Save Mart center and it was nice to have a house to go to instead of a loud hotel room. If we are in the area again we will definitely be booking here!
