Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel and to request compensation for the issues experienced. Although the staff were polite and the breakfast was satisfactory, the overall standard of the accommodation was unacceptable. Our suite contained multiple insects, including an active wasp nest inside the room, with wasps entering through holes in the walls. This presented a serious safety concern. Additionally, the towels provided were visibly stained, raising concerns about cleanliness. The elevator was out of service throughout our stay. We were initially placed on the fourth floor, no assistance was offered with our luggage, and I suffer from a serious knee condition, making use of the stairs extremely difficult. As a result, we were forced to check out early and move to a lower-floor room. Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed for the entirety of our stay, despite being a key amenity we had expected to use. Given these issues, I believe compensation is warranted. I would appreciate your prompt response outlining how this matter will be addressed.
